We have a unique opportunity for a Lead Graphic Designer to join an innovative Brand Communications agency based in central London.

The primary role of the Creative Lead will be to work with the conceptual creative teams to develop and realise their ideas and concepts, creating engaging and attractive final output for a range of channels across branding, advertising, and PR.
You‘ll also be required to further develop relationships with existing clients and you‘ll need to have impeccable client–facing skills and experience in working with prestigious brands as well as within a similar agency environment. You will also need to possess a strong understanding of current and possible future trends within a vibrant, ever–expanding, and changing marketplace.
This is a management role that will be overseeing junior creatives so It‘s a prerequisite at this level that you can also demonstrate your ability to lead and develop a team of designers, inspiring and motivating them on a daily basis to make sure that projects are delivered on time and to budget but always with outstanding creativity and panache.
